Tim is based in our San Diego, CA office. He has over 25 years of public accounting experience, and joined the organization in 1996.
In addition to Tim's technical expertise is in income taxation, his experience includes strategic planning, and favorable resolution of issues that are raised by the Internal Revenue Service and California Franchise Tax Board.
Additionally, Tim has transaction experience in forming, merging, acquiring, and dissolving entities. Tim has also been very involved in complex corporate restructuring, including S to C conversions, entity selection, and evaluation of structuring alternatives.
