Bob is a Shareholder and Attest Practice Leader in our San Francisco, San Mateo and Walnut Creek offices. He has been providing audit and assurance services to companies for over 30 years, working with companies in a diverse range of industries and at various stages of growth. Bob has assisted his clients to resolve complex accounting and financial reporting issues associated with capital stock transactions and business combinations.
As a former audit partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bob was responsible for delivery of all aspects of auditing and financial reporting services to over 60 Bay Area public and private companies. He helped guide many of these clients through initial public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Bob also directed the international operations of PwC in Japan and Korea.
Bob was born and raised in Wisconsin, and he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting, from the University of Notre Dame. He joined the San Francisco office of MHM in October 2001 and is a Certified Public Accountant. Bob is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the California Society of CPAs and the Association for Corporate Growth.
Bob speaks conversational Japanese and enjoys bicycling, golfing and travelling. He was once swept out to sea while wind-surfing in Hawaii! He now lives safely on land with his wife and two sons.
