As a Certified Public Accountant, she has over 10 years of experience working in a wide variety of sectors, including large privately held companies that are investor-backed and family-owned, natural food industry, manufacturing, distribution and defined contribution plans. Maggie has vast experience in dealing with share-based compensation, revenue recognition, complex debt and equity and internal control evaluation.
