Linda, the EBP Audit Leader for the Midwest region, is responsible for this office's practice growth, financial management and operational matters as well as personnel development.
Linda has been an integral member of the Memphis office for 10 years and leads the local employee benefit plan (EBP) audit practice. She serves on MHM's National EBP Audit task force, which is responsible for developing audit methodology for the national EBP practice.
Lauer's previous experience includes more than 25 years with local and international accounting firms as well as plan administration for Fortune 500 companies. She is a co-author of CCH's publication, Knowledge-Based Audits of Employee Benefit Plans, and she frequently conducts seminars and webinars on plan audits, plan administration issues, and fiduciary responsibilities.
