Jay Silver

Jay D. Silver serves as the Apparel Practice Leader for the New York office. He provides business advisory and consulting services for cost reduction logistical planning and implementation, inventory management, and third party financing. Jay leads financial due diligence teams for acquisition targets throughout the U.S., including deal structures. In addition, he has broad experience securing various parties for licensing and royalty activities.

Jay has a strong reputation for successfully working with clients in the apparel industry including designers, importers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers during various business stages. He has an in-depth background addressing their unique business needs and has assisted numerous clients with restructuring their operations and improving their profitability.
