Debbie is based in our Philadelphia, PA office and is a member of the firm's Assurance Services Group where she is responsible for the overall service delivery and management of engagements to SEC registrant and privately-held firms within the software and technology, manufacturing, distribution, professional services and financial services industries.

With over 25 years of experience, Debbie is a recognized expert in the fields of accounting, finance and strategic management for both public and private companies and has extensive expertise in SEC matters and the financial services industry. In addition to her public accounting assurance services practice, Debbie has assisted clients with a variety of financial transactions including direct services for initial public equity offerings, debt offerings, merger and acquisition transactions, private placements and venture capital funding.
