Dave Miller

Dave is a shareholder with Mayer Hoffman McCann in its Phoenix office and directs the Arizona healthcare, insurance and not-for-profit practices.Dave also leads our Western Region not-for-profit practice and serves on the CBIZ/MHM National Not-for-profit Steering Committee. Dave is a member of the FASB Not-for-Profit Resource Group. Dave specializes in providing audit and advisory services to a wide variety of healthcare organizations, including physician practices, hospitals, healthcare systems, behavioral health providers, FQHCs, a variety of payers, accountable care organizations and several unique healthcare joint ventures.

Dave’s insurance experience includes working with life, health property and casualty and medical malpractice insurers, as well as a variety of captives. Dave also works with a wide variety of not-for-profit organizations from small, local organizations to large national not-for-profits. These not-for-profits include professional associations, voluntary health and welfare organizations, arts and cultural institutions, foundations and religious organizations. Dave has significant expertise working with the Uniform Grant Guidance compliance requirements, tax-exempt bond offering, LIHTC projects, and interest rate swaps.
