Dan is a shareholder and the local Attest Practice Leader for our Atlanta office. A Certified Public Accountant, he is recognized as a national specialist in a variety of attest and risk management advisory services working primarily with mid to large market companies.
Dan's specialties include internal control risk analysis, SOC examinations, fraud prevention, due diligence and benchmarking and performance measurement. He also assists clients with designing, implementing and improving accounting systems and financial controls to help entities achieve performance, profitability targets and prevent loss of resources.
Dan has spoken at various continuing professional education courses on current trends in accounting, FASB updates, and internal control frameworks.
