Dan is a Shareholder and a member of the MHM Board of Directors. He is also the Senior Managing Director of the CBIZ Colorado Business Unit. In his role, Dan is responsible for the overall management of the Colorado market, including financial performance, strategic planning efforts, and client satisfaction. A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst, he has been providing tax, accounting and consulting services to middle-market companies and their owners for over 30 years.
Dan’s emphasis is in partnership and corporate income tax matters, real estate, S corporations, individual taxation, and dealing with the IRS.
In 2016, CBIZ acquired The Seff Group, P.C., where Dan served as a Shareholder since 1993. Prior to that, he worked at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a tax and audit specialist.
