Dale is based in our Chicago office and specializes in providing services to closely held businesses, investment companies, portfolio companies and not-for-profit organizations. His clients include a wide variety of industries with a particular focus on attestation services for mid-size companies who often have complex accounting and auditing issues. Dale also performs Engagement Quality Review for other financial statements in the Chicago office and provides training and support for all audit personnel on the firm’s audit methodology. Dale joined the firm in January 2004 after working for another similar sized firm for four years.
Dale currently provides attestation, tax and accounting services to real estate owners/operators, investors and developers, manufacturers, professional service providers, retailers, and not-for-profit organizations. His responsibilities also include consulting with clients regarding internal control structure and accounting functions, leading due diligence studies for acquisitions and performing overhead rate audits for engineering and construction companies.
