He specializes in transaction advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and due diligence, bringing trusted methodologies and unique approaches to auditing and financial statement reviews. Whether his clients are looking to be more strategic in their compliance, strengthen their internal controls, or considering an acquisition, Clayton helps identify potential problems and offers appropriate solutions.
