Cindy Rosenberg

Cindy is based in the New York office and serves as the local Attest Practice Leader, the New York Metro Regional Attest Practice Leader and a member of our Professional Standards Group. She provides business advisory services to public and privately-held companies in a variety of industries. As a result of her in-depth background planning, managing and reviewing complex audits, Cindy often serves as the engagement quality review partner for numerous clients. She also assists public companies with financial reporting requirements, including registration statements and reverse mergers. Cindy is also an expert in business combination and going concern issues, as well as internal control deficiency evaluation.

Cindy has extensive experience auditing defined contribution/employee benefit plans and leads the New York office’s Employee Benefits Group. Additionally, she consults on corporate acquisitions and finance transactions and has led financial due diligence teams for acquisition targets throughout the United States, including deal structure.
