Scott is a Managing Director with the Assurance Group located in our Indianapolis office, who has been serving clients since 1985. A CPA, he is a national expert in real estate.
Current and past industry related clients include real estate syndicators, developers, contractors, real estate limited partnerships, cooperative housing corporations, not-for-profit multi-family housing corporations, property management organizations, hotels and other. His primary focus has been audit, tax and consulting under the various FHA/HUD multi-family housing programs.
