Nathan Story is a Shareholder and has been with the Firm and in practice since 2005. His technical expertise is in providing audit and review services of financial statements for publicly held companies, and audit, accounting and consulting services for non-publicly held companies.
Nathan’s experience includes work for life sciences and technology companies, telecommunication service providers, manufacturers, distributors, and VC-backed companies. He has substantial experience performing risk based financial statement audits, initial public offerings, and other registration statement filings and 34 act filings. He has specialized accounting experience with complex debt and equity transactions, stock based compensation, derivatives, revenue recognition, inventories, and general business consulting enabling clients to make informed decisions on financial reporting matters.
Nathan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting, from California State University, San Marcos.
