Matthew is a Shareholder with nearly 15 years of extensive accounting, tax, and consulting experience. His responsibilities include planning, designing, coordinating, and conducting audits of nonprofit organizations. Matthew serves numerous nonprofit organizations including human service organizations, educational and cultural institutions, charitable and fundraising organizations, third party funded organizations, and membership organizations.

Matthew’s expertise includes Single Audits for nonprofit organizations that receive federal awards, audits of cost reports including the New York State CFR, as well as internal control and compliance audits. He advises his clients and professional staff on all facets of accounting and tax issues. Matthew also has expertise in defined benefit and defined contribution Employee Benefit Plan audits.
