As the Private Equity Practice Leader for the New York office, Kenneth Steckler focuses his practice on providing business advisory services to privately held businesses in a variety of industries. He also provides due diligence services to private equity groups and works closely with the investment banking community.
Ken has extensive experience consulting on and participating in corporate acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. He assists his clients with operations, projections and financing, referring other professional services when needed. As a result, Ken has developed numerous long-standing relationships with clients, specifically family-owned businesses.
