Jillian Mott

Jillian is a licensed CPA who serves as a Managing Director in the Kansas City office. As the leader of the employee benefit practice in the local Kansas City office, she spends 100% of her time auditing employee benefit plans. She is responsible for medium to large audit engagements, conducting annual training, overseeing technical research, compliance matters and provides quality control services. Jillian works with clients to understand their organization and their goals regarding their employee benefit plans.

Jillian serves as one of the organization’s Engagement Quality Reviewers for all types of employee benefit plans and assists the projects from the National office.

Her expertise has earned her the honor of being a recurring speaker at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants National Conference on Employee Benefit Plans.
