Jeff Carlstedt

Jeff is based in our Kansas City office, where he is the senior managing director.

Jeff is responsible for coordinating 20 not-for-profit audits annually, including eight community development corporations. He has been involved in more than 150 not-for-profit audits during his tenure at MHM. Jeff is also experienced in conducting financial and compliance audits, including compliance with regulations as provided by OMB Circular A-133 and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. He also has significant expertise in internal control reviews and consulting services related to low-income housing and real estate issues.

Jeff's responsibilities also include conducting semi-annual reviews of all staff within the department, identifying needs for future hiring and dealing with all personnel related issues. He has held this role for three years.
