Eric Martin

Eric, a Shareholder based in our New York office, has over 20 years of audit and accounting experience, providing audit and consulting services to a variety of middle-market and large-market clients in a variety of industries. Eric’s experience includes financial statement audits for companies with multi-national operations and complex accounting and audit issues.

Eric has extensive experience in serving portfolio companies of private equity groups and consulting on the accounting for mergers and acquisitions. Eric provided professional services nationally and internationally to clients on deals ranging from $10 million to $500 million. These services included due diligence investigations, closing audits, working capital consultations and purchase price allocations. Eric also served as a technical resource to the firm in these matters.
