He has more than 30 years experience providing international tax consulting services to public and privately-held U.S. and foreign-based corporations as well as foreign individuals and businesses investing in the United States. Working closely with clients that span a variety of industries, Don addresses a broad range of domestic and foreign tax matters. Don's extensive experience includes advising U.S. and foreign clients on the tax implications of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, international joint ventures, reorganizations, cross-border financings, and post-deal integration transactions.

Laura has over 19 years of experience in both public and private accounting. Laura provides tax compliance and consulting services on a full range of tax issues. In addition to traditional tax engagements, her experience includes specific experience in multi-state issues, international tax services and working with public/SEC clients. Her extensive international expertise includes assistance with both inbound and outbound transactions and structural planning.
